00 per hour Job type Full-time Number of openings for this position 1 Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shift Job description The Machine Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.
Pay rate is dependent on experience.
Duties and responsibilities Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Demonstrate the ability to read blue prints and replicate on a manufacturing level using a variety of machinery and processes Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Perform regular PM on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Work overtime as needed.
Must be able to operate a CNC mill, lathe, welding equipment, various drill presses, and other power tools on a daily basis in a safe operating manner.
Other duties as assigned.
