$65,000-$75,000 plus commissions What We Are Looking For We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with commercial customers for our HVAC solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and equipment.
What You Will Do Identify and target prospective commercial customers to promote our HVAC products and services Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and nurturing leads Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on sales activities Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technologies to provide customers with innovative solutions What You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred (not required) Proven track record of success in commercial HVAC sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, including installation and maintenance processes Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Strong prospecting and lead generation skills Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Service Titan software system (preferred, not required) What We Offer Generous medical insurance offerings Dental and vision plans Company-paid life insurance Company-paid short-term disability 401(k) with company match Health savings accounts Vacation and NOCO Time Employee and family assistance program Company-paid training Safety incentives Years of service incentives Company provided uniforms and PPE Boot allowance If you are a dynamic, goal-oriented sales professional with a passion for the HVAC industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
